Saab wins gold, silver medals at World Media Festival

The World Media Festival is an event held in Germany to honor excellence in corporate communications productions. It covers film, TV, web and print productions.

Here at Saab we’re very proud to acknowledge the Gold and Silver medals awarded for two of our communications films in association with our agency, Valentin and Byhr.

Saab was awarded a gold medal in the category ‘Advertising: Online’ for Introducing the new Saab 9-5:

Saab also won a silver medal in the category ‘Corporate Communications: Press Conferences’ for Introducing the new Saab 9-4X.

    Especially the understanding off light (and dark) lifts this commercial to unusual aesthetic heights !

  2. A great result, well deserved. But, excuse me for being slightly cynical, will these awards save Saab? I guess not. It’s hard cash that is needed the most.

    1. It is indeed cash that’s needed the most, but whilst they’re handing out these awards for work already completed, we’ll accept them.  If they were handing out cash, we’d accept that too 🙂

  3. Congratulations!  Those are both worthy ads.  Beautiful cars in beautiful scenery backed up by beautiful music.  That singer and that style of music really suit Saab ads, in my opinion.
