Press Release: SWEDISH AUTOMOBILE TO PUBLISH SEMI-ANNUAL RESULTS ON 31 AUGUST

Zeewolde, The Netherlands, 26 August 2011 – Swedish Automobile N.V. (Swan) announces that it will publish its semi-annual results on 31 August 2011, instead of the previously communicated date of 26 August 2011. Swan has decided to delay publication as it is currently still in the process of finalizing the semi-annual report.
